Drinking, Drawing, Dames, and Debauchery? What is this Dr. Sketchy’s?

Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School is a monthly mix of art class and cabaret, with scantily clad burlesque, side show, and vaudeville dames posing for feverishly sketching artists.  Local small businesses sponsor prizes for drawing contests such as “draw the model with your favorite vice!”
At Dr. Sketchy’s, we don’t care if you picked up a pad yesterday or 50 years ago. Come to drink or to draw. We’re happy to have you.

I’m Corky Bordeaux, the saucy Muse of Bacchus, Asheville’s own burlesque vixen, and a die hard promoter of our arts community.  I am very excited to be bringing Dr. Sketchy’s to Asheville!
